Refunds and cancellations depend on the type of service (flights, hotels, tours, transportation, etc.) and the policies of our partner service providers.

Service charges, convenience fees, and transaction costs are non-refundable.
2. Tours & Packages

30 days or more before departure → Full refund (minus service charges).

15–29 days before departure → 50% refund.

7–14 days before departure → 25% refund.

Less than 7 days before departure → No refund will be issued.
3. Flights & Hotels

Cancellations are subject to the terms of the airline or hotel.

Some discounted or promotional fares may be non-refundable.

Any penalties or cancellation charges imposed by the airline/hotel will apply.

Our service fees are non-refundable in all cases.
4. No-Show Policy
If a traveler does not show up at the departure point, hotel, or tour start location, no refund will be provided.
5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions, refunds and cancellations will follow our partner providers’ policies. In some cases, rebooking or credit vouchers may be offered instead of cash refunds.
6. Refund Processing
